The techs changed my light settings (I leave it on auto), turned my radio off...it was on low so I don't see where that factors in to the inspection and no complementary wash. My wipers need a motor replacement but they are at rest and don't come on, I go to car washes all the time and it is not a problem

Nikolas did a great job of communication with me and also educated me on the parking brake and some other concerns I had with my Lexus. I will be honest that’s it’s a royal pain in my **** to drive 3o plus miles to have my car serviced, but it remains my preferred location.

I had the loaner vehicle for over 20 days. From 4/4 to 4/28. I was told you ere short staffed. Then you did not know how to fix the car. My cap had been at your dealership too many times this past year. Do they give me a dented up scratched up Lexus to drive. When I receive the loaner, the interior was not immaculate. It was not in pristine condition but most of your cars aren’t so I didn’t think anything of it. I took the car on my vacation to Tennessee. no little kids were in my car upon returning, my husband and I vacuumed out the car wiped down the car clean the car up for it to be returned. I get a call from your Lexus Staff telling me that the car need to be detailed. I’m confused because the car was cleaned up when I returned it. What is your level of cleanliness? Do I have to detail the car when I return the loaner I believe that you were going to charge me something in someway because I put Miles on the loaner. I told you in advance that I needed my car back because I had a pre-reschedule vacation plan to Tennessee. It is not my fault that my car was not returned to me in a timely manner, but I do feel that the cleaning was in retaliation to the fact that I did put Miles on the loaner. I feel that you were going to charge me something for taking the car out of town when I talk to Josh it did not make sense what he said about the car being so dirty, they couldn’t clean it. That’s a lie. My car is not dirty. The car that I drive every day second of all I never return any of my cars not even rentals dirty because I would not want to receive a dirty car, even though most of the loaners that I get from you are disgusting. In fact, I had to bring a car back last month because it had mud and dirt on the backseat. I decided not to go back-and-forth with Josh on a text message so I let it go and everyone told me to make sure that I take pictures before and after I return the car back for my own proof. I am really disappointed with Lexus. My experience has not been a good one at all. I am a part of the Lexus advisory board and I will definitely be reporting this. I read online that this happens all the time at this location. I am shocked that it actually happened to me. I am extremely upset. I am also upset that my car is in and out of the shop for an entire year. Nobody should have a loaner for almost a month. Usually, you keep a loaner for a couple of days but when you keep it for a month, you don’t expect a little bit of dirt in the car come on let’s be realistic. Is it every day where or is it dirt? The car was not clean when I received it. Whoever had the car before me beat the hell out of the car it had a big dent on the side scratches in the front and the car was dirty. I guess she bought the car in December and it was already beat to hell. But you charge me for a detail? Really? I let it go because with this Lexus TX, I know that I will need another loaner vehicle from you. I know that this car will be back in the shop soon however, next time I will make sure that I protect myself by taking videos and pictures of the inside and outside of the vehicle before I pulll out of your garage and before I return the car to you. I don’t expect a phone call and I don’t expect a follow up but if you are reading this, I appreciate you reading it. I still don’t have my lease papers from last year when I purchased the vehicle. I am an extremely unhappy customer of Lexus.

Was charged $166 to fix the headlight leveling system. Walked to the car after $3,600 of repairs and there was a message that the headlight leveling system was out of spec. Josh was with another customer. Was told technicians were going home and would I like to keep loaner and leave to return another day. I said no, credit my invoice and I’ll decide what to do. I was leaving on a trip next day. Following morning I get a call from Lexus asking if I was aware my headlight leveling system was out of spec. Duh.
