2. Time management was a little off between having it done in 3 hours and then having to take the loner car home and returning the next day.
3. Confusion on the cost which Nikolas and he tried to contact Zerryck, Eric and service manager with no luck.
4. Nikolas stepping up to the plate to solve this problem for Lexus.
5. What Nikolas did will bring me back as a customer and I will return when ready to buy a new Lexus and finish conversion with Earl in sales.

Nick was so helpful and I appreciated how accommodating and kind he was. Especially after I knocked the tootsie roll pops in the floor. Nick made every effort to try to fix the problem and when he wasn’t able to fix the latch, he ordered a new one and will call me when it comes in.
Zerryck was a pleasure to work with. What truly set Zerryck apart was his commitment to going above and beyond. After reviewing my service history, he discovered that I had recently purchased tires that should not have worn out so quickly. Rather than simply processing the new order, he took the initiative to advocate on my behalf and was able to secure a $400 credit toward the replacement tires. His proactive approach saved me a significant amount of money and showed a level of integrity and customer care that is increasingly rare.

There was some confusion about ordered and supposed to be programmed master key. Not performed until special requested.

Car is ES350 Ultra luxury less than a year old, bought brand new from dealer in June 2024. It now has 14500miles on it and the tires are loud at speed >50mph.
I am told I have to get new tires and this is not under warranty. 1550$ installed at this dealer but Sam’s club installed is 1000$. Of course I am going to Sam’s club.
I also had to do alignment, for a less than a year old car and I did that today and paid for it.
Is this the quality of a Lexus?! This is my first Lexus.
