From the first day arrived and came to Lexus, Nikolas has been excellent and exceptional. He always went out of his way to work with memo matter what the circumstance may have been. He is truly the epitome of client services. I will miss working with him and how he always treated me kind. Aside from routine maintenance, I only asked two things to be addressed: (1) a malfunctioning console compartment latch, and (2) exterior door handles not working properly. Neither were fixed.Imagine how pleased I was starting my car to see “Door Lock System Malfunction Visit Your Dealer” Also, the console latch doesn’t shut properly—as before. Does anyone proof the work before the car is returned?

Service is what I expected.Went above expectation and was transparent regarding the issues with the vehicle. I will be back to get the other work done that was recommanded. Tech went beyond in complete review of vehicle on all possible needed repairs to vehicle and personnally showed and discribed possible outcomes if not addressed.
