I was told my tire change would take an hour. I was waiting for 2 1/2 hours which included a tire rotation and realignment. Luckily I was not pressed for time. I’d appreciate a more accurate time estimate in the future.

No one said they would have my car overnight. Pick up time was fine but return was all screwed up because I waited all day and had to call to learn they would return the next day. Also 135$ old change is a bit over priced. Never again. Valet service sealed the Lexus buy for me I’m seconds guessing all if that

Josh did an excellent job investigating a tech issue that had never come up at the dealership before. It was regarding a newly installed Apple Carplay unit made by a third manufacturer, but sold and installed by Lexus.
