You lost a customer, i will find an alternative for my service or sell my vehicle. Every time since i bought the vehicle, the initial invoice has been wrong. If i didn’t question it, i would have overpaid by a latge amount . The final straw is when i called Thursday at 5, i was disconnected 4 times, nobody would pick up .the prrson at your akron office tried several extensions, no pick up . She left a message for someone to call me , thst never happened. Then your short drivers . Always something. Don’t bother reaching out

The communication with the service department was excellent! Also, the valet transportation makes the whole process doable for me, otherwise I would only have time to have my car serviced on weekends.

They were able to get me in the next day to fix my bumper. Josh sent a text when they started the repair. He called me when things were completed. Made arrangements with me to pick up the car after hours.
