I had valet service pick my car up from my home at 8 am on 7/23 and transported to Akron/canton Lexus. Service was completed (10000 mi checkup by early afternoon— return of car promised that afternoon. Josh called late afternoon and said it was too late and they would return it next day. He called early morning 7/24 and collected payment and said would return early afternoon. I called him at 2 pm to check status. He said would call soon. Never hea back! I had to track down car as to what happened to it !and receive help from the other Metro dealership.Representative Elena called at around 6 pm to say it would be delivered early 7/25! Poor service, communication, and lack of respectfor me as a customer. I am very unhappy with this
Josh is always courteous, professional and kind and very caring.
He always offers to help me transfer my belongings from my car to the loaner and visa versa! He always makes sure to answer any questions and he reminds me about the inner workings of the loaner vehicle before driving off. He is amazing! Another amazing gentleman in the Service Department is the Service Manager, Jon!! He and Josh are the absolute best! I NEVER have any problems or concerns when working with them! They both go above and beyond to help me! Thank you !

Josh is top notch. He’s Informative and professional. Your prices for services though, are laughably expensive and WAY out of reach for me and the majority of people that I know. A sensor on my back bumper was lost and/ or rendered inoperable during one of my trips through your free car wash. (Which I absolutely appreciate) The sensor if I recall correctly, was less than $30. It would however cost over $240 to replace. Josh explained that the additional $210 or so dollars was because it had to be glued on. I have a Lexus, but apparently I’ll have to retreat back into my income bracket when I sell the car I now own. I truly did enjoy the experience though.

Still pending a response from Josh on the trunk net not being cleaned during the detail. Also, waiting on response regarding solution used on that left streaks on the two chrome plates in the trunk.

I made the appointment a week ahead for two new tires.
Lexus “forgot” to order my tires, so I had to return to the dealership several hours later, using a loaner vehicle.
