It is always a pleasure dealing with the service department at Lexus! This time, I needed to switch my drop off time and Marty was incredibly accommodating in arranging for a loaner and taking care of everything. Marty (and the entire service team) goes out of his way to make sure everything is taken care of. I’m sorry that I don’t know the gentleman’s name who always takes my car when I bring it in...but he is amazing! He’s always welcoming, engaging, kind and appreciative!
