The defect was not replicated by the technician, so no remedy was made. The loaner had the same issue, and of course, my car did the same thing ten minutes after driving away. The issue is with the radio periodically making a sharp crack. The issue isn’t with my Aux cord, since I unplugEd the cord and still have the issue. Neither is the issue with my phone, since I can disconnect Bluetooth, and it still happens. When the radio is off, the sharp crack doesn’t happen, so it isn’t the AC. It’s the radio Your service attendant (Scott) told me that if we determine the cause, we should call and let y’all know.

Tough for me to say but check-in experience not pleasant; actually ignored for several minutes. Not introduced to whoever checked me in via computer. Initial gentleman that took my car very nice.
No one came in to give me updates; someone on office staff noticed I had been sitting a long time ; approached me, asked questions and went to check on car
She returned to state car was finished, never heard from anyone so 20 min later I went to Service
