I did not personally bring in my vehicle. My schedule did not coincide with what the service team could accommodate my service needs. I was disappointed that a loaner was not available for the person that helped me out by bringing my vehicle. Hopefully next time I have service, a loaner will be available. I know this virus has interrupted many things. Thank you for checking in with me. I do have a question-Jim (the man that brought my car in for service) said I need to come back in after 5000 miles, but did not Bremen bet why. Could you tell me why I need to come back in after another 5000 miles?

My Lexus required a software upgrade for Enform to work. Lexus Akron/Canton picked up my car, applied the upgrade, informed me of progress & completion via text during the whole process, returned my vehicle applied final settings & it is working now. Professional & expected customer service. Great job!
