I’m grateful for the loaner car and Lexus handling this long overdue recall and making it right. There were a few misses. The Friday before my Monday appt. I started receiving texts stating my car was almost done and you didn’t forgot about me. I called immediately thinking your staff texted me in error. I was told it was an ongoing glitch in your system? I called to confirm drop off location and my work number 2 different times as I can’t have my cell available to me while with patients at my office. My cell phone had “6” missed calls and 2 voicemails urging me to call my driver ASAP regarding my drop off. Once I spoke to the driver he informed me he never received any info. about a work number and was prepared to drop the car at my house, really? The car was finally brought back to me roughly 24 hours later and had NOT even had a courtesy wash. Really? This is a big MISS for your dealership. Lastly my driver who had just been inside my vehicle for a 30 mile drive to my work wasn’t even wearing a mask. Really? It made me question even wanting to get inside my car. If he wasn’t wearing a mask in front of me it makes one question the amount of time or care that went into every Lexus employee when they were inside my car without me standing there. Really? I never fill out these surveys but several errors on your end warranted my opinion.

Worst experience ever. Took 8 days to replace an ignition cylinder. My calls to your service department went to voicemail every time. Speaking to Karen made me feel like I was interrupting her day. Not the person you should have as the initial point of contact with a customer!! Never even got a quote until after I asked my salesman, Randy McQuaid for help. He walked back to service to get an update. That was 5 days after my appointment. The only form of communication is via text? Unacceptable! Then, the quote included 4 additional repairs for an additional $600. I I’ve had better service from the McDonalds at the Atlanta Airport. Never again will I bring my vehicle to your service department!!
