i was charge for air fillter but still the same old air filter im not sure whether they realy change my engine oil and oil filter.

The appointment time was 11:00. The estimated service time was 3 hours. I had a “we didn’t forget you” text at 330. Then no reply as time continue. No reply from text or message. I had to cancel plans that evening thinking I would certainly have to pick up my car and when I then realized the shop was closed at 6- I was left in a panic without my necessary work gear ( parking pass, ID,etc...) that I needed for my job for the next 2 days. When I called on Saturday for an UPDATE and to voice my concern and frustration, the lady replies “well - you had a loner so you weren’t stranded”. That answer alone shows the level of customer inconvenience is of zero import.
The vehicle was finally done at 3 the NEXT DAY - so a bit shy of estimated 3 hours.
I now have to rearrange my Monday to be able to get vehicle.
I understand that problems arise. I am a reasonable person. ONE update of time delay and explanation could have deescallated this entire experience.

Every time I bring my car in for service it never gets washed. Ever time there is a sing up that says it is not available today. Is it ever available? Just a part of “the special” service that I have always received at other dealerships. What give at the Canton/Akron dealership??
My last two experience with the person getting me registered (think his name was Marty), were not very personable. I have written them both off as it being his personality, but prior to interactimg with him, I had always felt welcomed and valued. It is somewhat disappointing, as I am a paying customer and expect a different experience.
