Laura Is so interested in in satisfying the customers that she becomes a huge part of your experience at the Lexus Garage I consider her almost like family she’s truthful she’s helpful and she works very hard. She represents the best of Lexus I can’t say enough good words about her. She treats her coworkers with great respect as well as every customer that comes in whether they are her Customer or not.

I had my car towed in around 11:30 am but did not receive any call confirming that it has arrived until I called around 3:00 pm. And someone had to go look for it. I had a text telling me that my car was scheduled for 11:30am but did not get done until around the next morning. That is after I had called several times to make sure that work is scheduled for my car. I do not know much about your internal issues but this is apparently a management problem, it is obvious that you overloaded your employees, This could be dues to the pandemic that you don’t have enough technicians but communication to clients is critical, Mrs Laura Davis did a great job when the schedule was made.
