I had an appointment with a sales representative and made myself available to him at his request. I waited one half hour and he did not present himself. Not impressed. The service was fine. Your staff was quite accommodating and the work appears to be done correctly.

Loved the service manager and the gentleman who signed me in, and the nice employee who took my car back. But I asked about why my garage door opener will not open / close the door Unless I’m inches away? This was not addressed. It’s paired to my opener and my other 3 autos do not have this issue. My daughters Sienna ( also Toyota) has this same problem! I think it’s internal and it’s very aggravating. I’d like it repaired under warranty. I drove for an hour to get there so it’s not convenient to make a return trip, especially with your reduced hours.
