Very professional service and environment but on the way home to KY got a warning the hood was not closed properly. It was a little scary at 75 mph. I made it to the exit and shut it. No harm. Just FYI.

Laura did a great job as she always does. She is a very valued employer. I hope you as the manager compensates her for that. I have known her for years and always get excellent service with a smile. She does a excellent job always. She is a big asset to the service department. I ran a a business for 20 years and know what it takes to keep customers happy and it’s a challenge everyday as she certainly does that

Your computer based appointment system stinks. Last time, I made the appointment, it was verified with a follow up confirmation from the dealership. When I took the vehicle, the mgr told me, oops, due to COVID all techs leave early and the 5:30 pm appointment is not valid. When you call the main service line, it is held on for ever and to get a loaner car have to wait for more than a week. This is not pursuit of excellence, even Toyota dealerships do a better service. I didn’t have any trouble with my Acura or Honda dealerships. Both do a far better job than you. I hope that you being new, you are still organizing. Let us hope so. Yesterday’s appointment itself went fine. The techs were very courteous and the service was done on time. The appointment was handled properly with timely reminders too.
