First, I was under the impression my 15,000 mile check up was complimentary but I did end up being charged. Second, I drive 2 hours to get there and while I had a 9am appointment my car didn’t get serviced until after 11. That is what unacceptable. Also, my car only has 16,000 miles on it, sits in the garage during the winter months and is usually not the car I drive in the rain (I like to keep it clean) but your service tech wanted to change my wipers to the tune of $72!!!!! Are you crazy?! Also, insisted that when I drove into the service garage a computer detected that I needed an alignment. What a racket you gave going there. We saw the monitor had at least 90% of the incoming cars showed they needed an alignment too and most were newer cars as well. I have a 2012 Lexus that’s NEVER needed an alignment and it has 136,000 miles on it! I never felt this way before when I visited you. What’s changed? We also had to pay $10for a key fob battery that we had just changed ourselves but weren’t even asked about. Lexus IS a classy car. Your dealership used to be classy and made us feel special. Not anymore. We won’t be back!

Laura was very friendly and told me how long it would take to perform the 10,000 mile service while I waited. The car was ready within 5 minutes of the time Laura indicated to me upfront. She found me in the waiting area, told me all was good and showed me where the car was waiting for me.
