You guys did awesome i took it in low on fuel because i figured it would be easier on you thinking you would need to drop the tank and i got it back Full thanks, me not so much sorry i kept the loaner so long.

Everyone was very nice and friendly. I was told about service that I needed that I didn’t actually come in for but I didn’t anyway since it was going to be convenient. I appreciated that extra attention.

Laura left me standing in the line when I first arrived while she left the counter for some reason and told me to continue waiting. This went on for about 10 minutes until a gentleman finally signed me in. I figured he was my service writer because I had no other interaction with Laura. After waiting for my car for over an hour and a half, I finally went to check what was going on and saw my car sitting there washed and ready to go but no one had come to notify me. Laura quickly grabbed a service order and said “your car is done”. This was not a tremendous experience.

Everyone in your service department was so nice! I had to take a lot of time off work to drive a ways to get these recalls taken care of on my vehicle but the kindness of all your service department employees made it easier AND made my day. Thank you!
