Scott was professional yet friendly. He answered all of my questions without making me feel unheard. He also apologized after I related my story about why we purchased my car from a dealership in Columbus rather then this dealership. This was my first Service and Scott made it an enjoyable experience.

The only thing that confused me is that the appointment time was set for 5am so I got up expecting someone here at 5am. I would encourage you to not send email confirmations for earlier than a reasonable time.
