Scott is always very thorough with his explanation of the services performed on my car. He’s patient and never rushes you during the consult. I use, and always have used, the dealership for 100% of the services on my 2008 LS. I have been completely satisfied with the team at Lexus of Akron-Canton.

I took my car in to get an oil change and tire rotation on your slip it says the person is supposed to check the air in my tires I had to put air in my tires last week because they changed because of the weather so after having my tires changed in my truck car serviced by Lexus of Akron I’ll look at my tires and the air is still the same as it was I put in last week you never check the pressure in my tires how can I be satisfied with something like that

Have bought several vehicles in last 20 years or so and occasionally had recall issues. Every time I came from Canton to Akron for service, I left with a complimentary tank of gas-until today. So sorry to see your decline in customer consideration. Lots of competitors out there and this does not bode well for you.
