Disappointing communication. Simple interval service. Auto text at 11a that you were working on it. Follow up at 3:30 that it was nearly done. Then NOTHING. I expected my car returned same day. At least a phone call. Zip. Called at 8a to inquire. Left voice mail. No response by 10:15, I called again. Then told that I'd indeed have my car returned by noon. This is only my second service experience and both went poorly by lack of communication. I've had Germaine Lexus as my previous dealer. Your lack of thoughtful, timely communication makes me want to buy from another dealer, folks. Yes, yes, Covid has challenged you - same here. But don't use it as excuse to leave me continually wondering when my car will be returned to me.

Service now maintenance required light still on! Why?
I was very disappointed with the mask use inside the facility waiting area. The service area was great but the people inside were very lax - either masks completely off or being worn under the nose. Shame on Lexus management for not enforcing the mask order.
Scott and the entire team were wonderful. Things went as smooth as possible. It’s always a pleasure to visit this dealership and visit with Kari and Shab. I WILL be purchasing from them again in the future.
