Laura Davis has always provided me with a touch of personal customer service and it has been always genuine. I feel completely at ease and rest assured I won’t be over priced and mislead, the care is at least 100%. I hope her attitude will continue to Permeate throughout the service department.
My service advisor Laura is personable, friendly, and knowledgeable. The loaner was ready and the check in/check out process was efficient.
I have zero complaints against Laura or the service team.
I have *extremely* high dissatisfaction with this dealership’s viewpoint regarding the significant corrosion that has occurred around the factory installed Lexus trailer hitch. This complaint has been logged previously and a warranty claim was denied. I was advised today that this corrosion at 20,000 miles is normal for other makes and models. The hitch has never been used. I didn't buy a Kia or Hyundai, I paid a premium to own a Lexus. It's insulting to me and embarrassing to your brand to compare them to one another.
I fail to understand why you reject this warranty claim. We own three vehicles outright, including this GX460. I do not understand why you feel this attitude will generate long-term repeat customer and positive brand advocacy in order to save a few hundred dollars to repair/replace the ugly rusted hitch of my wife's vehicle. We have all had a bad meal at a restaurant and the owner has made it right. Those restaurants keep us coming back time and again. I'm trying to afford you the same and put this nuisance behind us.
I'll finish with what I started with. Laura, Nate (previously), and the service team have been great to work with. I disagree with the policies of this dealership on the aforementioned issue. I am happy to have further discussion about this issue.
