I have driven a Lexus for 20 years. My first was a 2000 RX300, and I drove it until I bought my current RX350. My service experience could have been better. I've always been offered a loaner or transportation, if the service time would be considerably longer than originally estimated. I've been given a loaner to drive home, at Nalley Lexus (my provider for 15 years) and Germain of Easton, when service time was extended. Having to wait almost 6 hours was unheard of, and I'll not allow it to happen again.
Scott is customer focused. I've worked with him on many occasions and I trust what he says whether it's good news or bad. Also he remembers that I prefer a sedan as a loaner. Nice!
Scott and his team are the best! No matter how stupid my problem is, Scott always make sure to resolve my problem!
At 16000miles I was told that my brakes were wearing quickly and the pandas would need replaced. Now at22,000 milesi need rotors and pads all around. Why? This is way beyond normal!

I came primarily to perform regular oil change. I also asked Nick to investigate two things: a) how to disable the VSC light as I did not see any benefit fixing it again; b) to inspect why I hear noise that sounds like the car is high gear. Instead of addressing these two issues, Nick convinced me to do an alignment that I did not plan on doing during this visit. The alignment work led to replacement of the rear trailing arm and bolts, costing $509 parts and labor + $109 for alignment. In nutshell, the two issues I inquired about were not resolved.

Nick was very nice and helpful to me. This was my first time getting my vehicle serviced here. Although the total of my bill wasn't what I anticipated since I just went in for wiper blades & tire rotation..I was very pleased I was able to get a loaner vehicle to drive until mine was finished.
