Service is always great. nikolas was friendly and knowledgeable! Very disappointed that the car wash was not working again! Seems that it is out of order quite often! Is Lexus discontinuing free car wash??

I had my car picked up by valet assuming my car would be returned same day as I live an hour away. It came time for me to leave work and I still didn't have my cat so I had to text to see where it was. No one EVER said that it might have to stay overnight. I got a random text saying they didn't have a driver to take it back.. I had things in my car that I needed for the next day, not to mention my work key was on the fob. And when I spoke to Scott on the phone this morning all he did was make excuses instead of trying to make it right. This isn't the first time I received attitude from your service department either. When my brand new RX broke down after having it for three days, it was the same thing. From now on I'll get my car serviced at the local Toyota dealership because they run a top notch service department.
