I had windshield wipers installed yesterday. Compared to another dealer where I had wipers installed last week there is a huge difference in amount charged for labor.
My appointment was @ 1:00 PM on Friday, scheduled a week earlier. I was told it would take 2 hours at that time. I live 45 minutes away from the dealership and requested a loaner so I didn’t have to wait around. Glad I did! When I returned a few hours later, I was told my car wasn’t going to be done, but it would be done by Saturday after 1:00 PM. OK. Trip #2 from Alliance on Saturday. We took advantage of the wasted time by going to lunch in Akron and arrived at the dealership after 2:00 PM, only to find out the car wasn’t done and wouldn’t be ready until Monday. A complete waste of a Saturday! Trip #3 on Monday. While I appreciate the use of the loaner this whole time, there was a complete lack of communication with me about why the first appointment couldn’t have been rescheduled and you could have avoided wasting hours of my time driving back and forth. I love my Lexus, but this is one of the huge drawbacks of leasing a vehicle from a dealership 45 minutes away. - Lynn Zerbe (I drive the NX, leased under Michael’s name)

After car was serviced I was told you did not carry the type of oil my car requires and I was charged an additional fee of 20.00 I was not informed of when my next service should be in use to being provided this info when car is serviced at metro Lexus
