I cannot say enough about the service I received on Friday, April 2 . I was in the area and decided to stop to see if I could set up an appointment for service and was pleasantly surprised when Scott told me he could get me in now. He explained in detail the 30,000 mile service that was needed for my vehicle and treated me like royalty. Awesome experience thank you!!!

All was fine except I was told on the phone the alignment would be $109 but was charged $129. Also I didn’t realize the valet service carried an additional charge. No big deal but it’s mildly annoying when you are charged more than you were told. Thanks!

I would have appreciated a warning that the service bill would be near $500, as none of my previous visits cost anywhere near that. It was an unfortunate surprise. The communications regarding valet service leave alot to be desired. I would like to have known before 5pm today that my car would not be returned today. It's difficult to conduct my life not knowing the vehicle return schedule. I was reluctant to take the loner to my 5pm class, as I would not be home or available until after 7pm. With all the communication options in today's world this is rediculous.
