Scheduled original appointment on line and when I called to confirm they said I needed to reschedule, which I did via the phone. Never received text or email confirmation. Had to call to confirm. Dropped off this morning for service at 7:30 am. Got no updates during day. Had to call and wait on hold to see if my car was ready at 4:15. When I went to pay, invoice was $300 more than quoted. It was input wrong. Norman was amazing as usual and Joshua did a nice job cleaning things up. I expect more from a dealership. And last insult was all the coupons were taken off the website from when I first booked my appointment.

My car was picked up via valet on Wednesday. No one had called to tell
Me when I was getting it back. I texted on Wednesday afternoon and was told being dropped off Thursday AM. At 4:30pm, I finally called to see if that was happening. I kept getting refreshed on hold, and finally someone said they were short staffed, and was hoping to drop it off Friday, but no guarantee. This is my first visit with this service dept, and I am use to more professional communication.

The time of pick up and drop off changed in short period from what was expected - which I can deal with however the car left for us had less than a quarter tank of gas which is odd and I have never had a car in for service where you do not vacuum the car and wash it. Neither occurred.
Everyone was professional and polite…no issues with staff. Apparently the issue with my car is in the design/build and cannot be “fixed”.
Josh was exceptionally polite and professional.
This was my first experience with the concierge service. A little more communication about how the service works would be helpful.
The service department was great! The call center to get an appointment was horrible. Very dissatisfied with the process with that portion.
