Josh is clearly one of the best. He consistently make customers feel at home and explain what’s going on with your car in a professional way. He is kind and courteous and very respectful.

Nik and his team were great. Only issue is that there is not a sufficient number of service reps and that affects customer satisfaction. It is not the fault of the people there, it is the fault of those responsible for ensuring that they have every department adequately staffed, not just in the quality of the staff but also in the number needed to meet customer needs.

Nick was fine. However, I am not happy that there is now a 2% surcharge when using a credit card. Especially when a typical service is several hundred to over a thousand dollars. Not what I would call luxury service and may make me rethink whether I will keep coming to Lexus for my car service
