I had a flat tire at the most inopportune time for me and apparently Lexus too. Scott was basically by himself in the service area on a hectic Friday afternoon yet he somehow manged to get me set up with new tires and a loaner so I was not without a vehicle. Thank you so much! 30,000 mile scheduled service on Lexus RX350 should have taken 1 1/2 hours. It took 4 1/2 hours. There were no unexpected issues. If there were not enough technicians to get the job done it should have been rescheduled rather than taking over 4 hours of our time when the car was not being serviced for most of the time.
