Very impressed by Nik’s customer service. Unfortunately the repair didn’t address the original problem or an additional problem exists because the check engine light came back on in two days. Have a new appt. again on July 5th.

As far as I can tell the service was completed correctly. Honestly I was really surprised that it took 7 days to complete the job. An axle should probably take no more than 2 or 3 days. When I called to check on my vehicle I was told several different stories of why the service wasn't completed. 1st they said they had to wait for the part. Then I was told that the tech had a day off. Then I found out the truth. Someone ordered the wrong part. I would rather you guys be honest with me. We're all human we all make mistakes. Honesty is the best policy.

I really enjoyed the service I received, just was hoping the oil change was a little less expensive. I typically would go to my local Toyota dealership and would've saved a bit more, but aside from that, no complaints. Thank you!
