Service was below average. Newer team. Replaced windshield wipers without asking me as the customer. Never washed my vehicle. Overall disappointed in my recent service visit.

You wanted to sell me 4 of the same size tires. I have an IS300. Why don’t Lexus servicemen know that front tires are a different from the front? I’m wasting money to pay for dealer “competence.” Oh, and when we looked at my rear tires, you agreed they were fine. Why did you feel the need to cheat me?
All in all Lexus Akron stands for dishonesty and incompetence.
Service was great and the honesty of telling me there was nothing wrong with my car, as I suspected, but the sencer had been unplugged toro the check engine light. It’s great that estimates were given for the up and coming needed replacements. Very excellent service which is to be expected at a Lexus dealership.

It’s really a minor issue, I am 99% satisfied. I would liked to have the inside of my car was swept out when it was washed.
The hourly labor rate of $202.00 per hour is ridiculous.
The unanticipated delay was annoying.
I am part responsible for the lack of communication. I know there was a check engine light for O2 sensor. I also know that the spark plugs were due to be replaced. I was a bit surprised when I can to pick it up the spark plugs were done but the check engine light was still on for the O2 sensor. He kept the car and is going to fix the O2 now. All is well.

So 3 years ago when I purchased my car one of the reasons I purchased it from Lexus was to have amazing service. All my friends raved about the service they got from lexus. Now I realize that covid has affected several things but I expect the company like yours to go above and beyond to make things right as soon as possible. Anytime I call your facility and put on hold no matter what department for 10 minutes or more. When someone does get to the phone and I get appointments scheduled it's not an easy process. I don't like that when I call in for service to schedule I'm calling a different location then the location I take my car for service. I will tell you once I pass my warranty I'm not sure I will be taking my vehicle to your service department until things change. I have higher hopes for you as a company and I hope things turn around.
