I had to make two trips from Dalton to Akron to get my car serviced. I believe the Representative who helped me was probably new, but that is an excuse—not a reason.
When they decided there was a piece of metal that had pierced the driver’s rear tire, they said it needed to be repaired and they gave me a price in the $40 range. I decided I didn’t want it repaired, but replaced—even though the price was over $300. I still said yes. Then I found out that the repairman had gone for the day. This necessitated me keeping the service loaner over night, which used up another significant part of a day. It was not a usual Lexus service experience.
Scott and the Service Team were most professional and courteous! We will definitely be back!!
I arrived at agreed upon time to pick up my car and it wasn’t ready. I had to return the following day. I wasn’t notified of the change in schedule
