I am not completely sure what services was preformed as they did not go over it with me. Also, I did not get my car back when they told me I would. They did not give me a call to inform of that I had to call them near closing time to inquire.

Sometimes you get bad news about your car. I had to get three tires instead of one tire and another issue involving the sensor also had to be fixed. so, of course, much more money than I had thought I was going to spend. But Scott said one thing to me that made me realize he's such a good person and Lexus associate: now you'll be in a safe car.

Scott and I go back about 15 yrs when he was my service advisor for my Acura. He is phenomenal and understands his customers needs. I’m very particular in the care and handling of my car and Scott exceeds my expectations. My brother also owns a Lexus and comes from Columbus to get his car serviced with Scott.
