I was given a price of $89.99 for synthetic oil change and filter. I was given a bill for approximately $138. After some discussions it was changed to the $89.99. Women are taken advantage of and I feel that was an attempt to take advantage of me.

You were unable to pick up the car for service for any reasonable time so I had to bring it in and wait not what I wanted or expected from Lexus

When I set up my appointment for an oil change, change wipers and to check the brake fluid for possible drain and replace. I was told that the service work would take 1 1/2 hours, I requested a loaner. I drop my car off at 10:15, my appointment was at 10:30. I returned the loaner 2 hours later. My car wasn't ready. I was told that parts hadn't provided a quote for items the tech requested. So my car hadn't had the service work completed. I said that it's been over two hours and how can it be my car still wasn't ready? I was told when you get a loaner that customers who are waiting in the lounge for service get moved ahead of those that get a loaner. I wasn't asked how long I'd be using it. I said I didn't want any of the additional parts because I couldn't wait any longer. I ended up still waiting longer for my car, which in the end took 2 hours and 45 minutes from the time that I dropped it off. I've gotten loaners several different times and never once was I told that waiting customers get preferential treatment over those with loaners. If that's your policy now then the customer should be told that up front before they get a loaner. I feel as I was disrespected with no concern about what my schedule was for the day, which by the way through me behind. Bottom line if this is your new policy I'll be thinking twice before I bring my car back for any service work.

Everyone was very nice, and the service was very timely; I only waited about 45 minutes. I was disappointed though that my vehicle wasn’t washed. This is my first Lexus and it has been a long time since I had service that didn’t include washing, etc.
