Nick gave me information about getting my leased vehicle certified, that was completely false and could have cost me hundreds of dollars. I’ve worked in automotive service industry for around 11 years, I know how important it is to give correct information to a customer who is depending on the representative to know the standard operating procedures. I would prefer not to work with him any longer.
Service was OK, just didn't understand why it took 1 hr to put gas in the car?

The lack of clarity led to an extra 200 dollar charge for my previous visit. Service representative said it was my fault and I agreed to all on the phone. Was not a good experience and right in line with level of treatment I’ve experienced in the past. Do better.
I was having trouble with my battery and I called and Scott told me to come in right away they tested my battery and while I was there they did my oil change so I’m very pleased with the service.
Robert was a great person to work with when I brought my car in.
Scott was amazing and went above and beyond. He was so helpful and patient with me. Love taking my car here because of the excellent service!!!!! Thanks to Scott for all the help
