Excellent maintenance work tracking down a slow leak in drivers side rear tire. A small dry wall screw was removed and tire patched. The tech took the time to attach the screw to the paperwork so I could see what the root cause was. Nice job. Professional and courteous staff.

I am grateful that Lexus offers courtesy vehicles to borrow while my vehicle is being worked on. Making arrangements to rent with Enterprise was such a hassle and too time consuming for me.

Great service, great loaner and process for the loaner, could do without the automated alignment system report which is generated when entering the service area.
