I was satisfied interpersonally w my service but they said they fixed my tire pressure and the light came on again 20 minutes after leaving. I paid $80 for that service which I know wasn't a guarantee. I didn't have time to call back again today.

Nick did not do the things that he told me would be done. In addition, there were charges on my invoice that should not have been there and he failed to honor a coupon that I had provided. On another note, I was very happy to see Scott Gilmore was working today. He treated me as I expect to be treated as a long time customer at Akron Canton Lexus. Scott did all that he could do to make it right today. I will be making a point to ask for Scott as my advisor in the future. I do not feel comfortable having Nick oversee any work on my car.

The loaner vehicle get like a death trap. The loaner vehicle also had a message that remained on the screen that it required maintenance. Happy to get my vehicle back and drive away.

The only issue seemed to be with my appt. I scheduled my appt months earlier. Received another call requesting to schedule my appt. I told her I already had one scheduled & after some difficulty she finally found my scheduled appt. When I arrived at the service center they did not have me in the schedule. Seems to be some kind of glitch in scheduling system, at least for me.
