The experience over all was good. My biggest disappointment was the fact you didn’t take the time to wash my car before you gave it back to me. All the other time you have my car or my wife’s car you washed it before allowing me to drive it home. Small details make a big difference!!! I choose to by a Lexus because of the small details. Thanks

Robert Eggeman was great as were my pick up and drop off drivers as always. I do, however, look forward to the car wash with my service so I was very disappointed not get that today. My only complaint.

I ordered floor carpets. The representative said he would call me tomorrow. (Friday) I have not received any call. (Late morning Monday) I understand they may have not come in but when someone says they will call tomorrow they call regardless of the order status. In the past, this is my fifth car from this dealership, when Park operated the dealership I never left service with a dirty car. This time no attempt was made to wash the vehicle. Not a good way to treat good customers.

Frustrating when you make an 8:30 appointment, drop car off for an oil change on time, and do not get your car back until 3:45. There was no communication or updates throughout the day. We called and left voicemail, but never received a call back. It would have been nice to be told at drop off that the car may not be done until late afternoon. We had to cancel some afternoon appointments due to the length of time car was at dealership. We have always heard and seen great reviews about the Lexus service and this was not what we expected!
