The loaner vehicles are filthy. They are covered in dust, pet hair and dirt. There have been times I have to go home and wipe the interior down with Lysol wipes because there is so much grime and pet hair inside the car.
Service advisors were exceptional as always. I had mailers from Akron Canton Lexus but were expired. In the past they were accepted but apparently the policy has changed. The service was perfect but the policy change didn’t sit well with me. This is my 5th Lexus and while I was there, Keri quoted me on a 2021 NX for my wife to consider.

Robert was so very courteous and professional and answered my questions regarding getting my car ready to not be driven for the winter. He advised me how to prepare my hybrid battery for the upcoming winter. I was very pleased with the time he took.
