Scott was very helpful to get the accessories that I wanted for my new RX 350. On very short notice everything was completed.
First repair did not resolve problem. Asked why charges for additional different parts. Dealership worked out resolution on final repair cost and very satisfied with their handling.

Scott is extremely knowledgeable! He likes what he does. He goes above and beyond. Plus, your facility is extremely clean, and has a sense of warmth. Everyone cares about others, and are very polite. The receptionists are very helpful and polite. Always a pleasure to visit Lexus. You make our car happy. Lol

Your cost to change oil on a 18 year old vehicle is ridiculous. You give no military or senior discount. Why every other dealer in town does. That tells me the only thing you care about is your pocket getting bigger. I have a new 4x4 truck with a big engine ,it's a whole lot cheaper to Chang e that oil and it takes more then the lexus I have.1 plus one is not adding up right. I might be old but I'll change my own from now on. Better yet walmart.

All the service was done but was dissatisfied w the service tech. He could not even tell me which rims on the car were worked on. Seriously?
