Quick and friendly service and I appreciate that. The optoon for a loaner vehicle is exceptional. This way I can continue with my day whilst my vehicle is being serviced.
I am very pleased with the maintenance service I received and how quickly and efficiently I was taken in and explained the proper service schedule for my first Lexus. I failed to ask the service advisor his name, but will assume it was Marty, and I found him to be very professional and accommodating to my needs. Good job.

Nikolas went above and beyond with his customer service. He greeted me right when I got to the dealership and gave me a thorough explanation on what was going to be done. He serviced my car, changed the oil and even made it look beautiful by vacuuming out my mats. I was so excited and pleased when I got back to the dealership to pick it up within the hour. Scheduling was error-filled. Communication once you had my car was not great. Why did I have to call you to find out about when you were bringing my car back? Why do I call, ask for service, and then get transferred to someone who does not know my car’s status and has to transfer me again? Service work appears to be good. I was asked if I wanted my fob battery replaced, to which I said no, but they did it anyway. Did receive discount for scheduling issue. Will use you again but you did not seem organized.
