The service of taking care of my car and the loaner and returning my car to my home was excellent what I do not appreciate is no one at your Lexus dealer is wearing a mask. This is not the Covid protocol suggested by the governor if you are in a public space your service people should be wearing masks. I am in the age group that needs to take extra precautions and your dealership is not providing that. In the future if my car does need service I will have to use the valet service of picking up my car and returning my car with no contact whatsoever. I do believe your dealership should check the Covid protocols so more people can come in and at least look at new cars. Thank you for your service it was very good but I don’t feel that I should be coming into the dealership at this time thank you

The rep didn’t know I had a 5,000 mule like service scheduled today. Also I bought the Armor all package for my vehicle and wanted to use that today. When I made my appointment over the phone Karen said no problem. When I came in this morning, I was told they do not do the armor all service there and was provided a phone number to call to get details. Why did I buy this $1,000 armor all package If I am unable to use it?? I would not have purchased that had I known and if the salesperson would have throughly explained that to me. What a super disorganized 1st visit with my vehicle. I must admit I was pretty disappointed.
Everyone was friendly and helpful. Definitely a good and enjoyable experience.

Couldn't have been worse. Went to pick up the car the first time and the jib wasn't finished and the car was filthy with tire grease everywhere.
So the second time I went to pick it up after they finally finish the job it still wasn't washed! I even ask Scott are you sure it's ready? Got there and it was still filthy with the same tire grease everywhere.
The very helpful Robert sent it off to get washed right away and while I was waiting I asked to speak with the service manager. I could see Jon Morris in his office through the window sitting at his desk. Robert stepped in to tell him I would like to speak and he told Robert he had a meeting and literally ran away from me down the hall. I was absolutely amazed and shocked to see that level of disregard for a long time customer.

My rim that was replaced is a different color than the other rims on my car.
Two days for an oil change. Very poor communication.
Work was done fast. Car wash was just ok. All the guys in the service dept were friendly and courteous.
