How can anyone be satisfied when your car is returned with greasy floor mats and steering wheel. And this is not the first either. No complaints for Scott as he is also professional however your service tech are another story

There is a leak on the drivers side, around the window. I, and anyone in the car, can hear it. I asked to have it fixed 3 times now and this last maintenance visit they said they could not find anything wrong. My Sonata was more soundproof then this Lexus. Very disappointing.
