My concern is that with an average of 19,000 new covid cases daily, local hospitals filled to capacity, there was only one other person wearing a mask. I am a retired hospital administrator who has dealt with January flu seasons and no beds! Now add the unvaccinated covid cases that are taking up beds. Very disappointing.

If staffing issues prevented completing service in a timely manner, I would have preferred the option of rescheduling. Also I was surprised that a luxury brand like Alexis expected customer to put gas in courtesy car for standard use.

Because of safety reasons and a back ordered part, my car had to stay in the shop for over a month. Robert made sure to stay in touch and let me know of any updates. He also made sure that I had a loaner car to drive. I appreciate everything Robert did for me.
