Greeted with warm welcome by personnel who kicked off the service process. Stepped up to Service Manager who verified service to be performed, and he provided rough estimate of time. Promptly notified when car was complete, car was washed, and service manager went over the work. Seamless process as a customer.

Lexus of A/C great. Too bad Lexus manufacturing can’t get there stupid touch her for Navigation off the screen in the vehicle I paid for. Constant irritation for me. Won’t buy another Lexus because of that.

The actual service on the car was great! They fixed things that have eluded other Lexus dealerships. The man who i worked with was adequate, but he would take days to get back to me.
