I cannot make my GPS cell phone program have audio in my Lexus ES. If I program my Maps app for a destination, I can hear the instructions until I start my Lexus. It was reviewed at my service call today. I was told it worked because the tech used his phone and it worked. After reading the owner’s manual when I got home, I am believing that my cell phone’s Bluetooth is not being recognized by the Lexus Bluetooth. I tried following the instructions but was still not successful. Still frustrated.

Service experience with Robert was completely flowless, worries free and professional. He showed up hat he cares about customers needs and he didn't leave any small details untouched regarding my vehicle service needs. Only issue was my request of Nick to see if he could accommodate a discount (Senior, AARP, AAA, etc.), which didn’t appear to be applied. This was a significant expense, especially for a retiree on a fixed income. Thanks, Robert “Mike” Wexler
