From my last service and the current service I was constantly having to follow up when my messages were not answered. My service was inconsistent and not done properly the first time. The operators constantly put me through to voicemail and did not inform me when my service man was off or on a call or back from lunch. The entire process was frustrating and disappointing. I hope this time my car is fixed.
The service was very timely, and service department employees were very pleasant and courteous. Our wait was comfortable in the service waiting lounge, with available refreshments to us.

Miss navigation and love the IS but one wasn’t available when I leased this one. Not excited about front wheel drive. Would’ve loved to have had all wheel since I drive to Cleveland from Wadsworth to work. Had no choice but to buy since my car was totaled
