Excellent service

Because there were several repairs needing attention, I would have rather had the opportunity to know them all in order to prioritize how I would address them. I was not in the position to have all repairs made at one time. I came in for a oil change and to have the panel under my car service. I waited for the oil change, while I waited I was told that I needed tires. I authorize the tire was given a loaner and left. I was called and informed that I had a critical need for a water pump, brake pads etc, etc, etc… Had I know the various repairs were needed up front, I could advised which could be addressed. My dissatisfaction is that the under carriage panel that I went in for was not taken care of and is still dragging the ground. I realize my car is not new and repairs should be expected but the way this was handle was subpar for Lexus.

6 hrs for an oil change. Realize the tech had to go home but 6 hrs is still too long. I can elaborate further if someone reaches out
