Scott was friendly, helpful, and answered all my questions. He did not try to sell me anything, and genuinely cared about making sure I was taken care of. This was my first visit to your service facility. The way Scott treated me left me with a great impression and I’ll be inclined to return in the future for my Lexus service.
We were notified when the car was almost ready but not when it was ready to pick up. Other than that we were very pleased with the service
