It was 24 hours before I heard anything about my car. 3 calls to service went unanswered and no voice mail. Finally, the next day, the attendant put me through to Robert's voice mail. He returned my call shortly. I was also surprised at the 98 dollar charge for replacing wipers. I was told they needed to bd replaced but no cost estimate was provided. I'll replace them on my own if that's how much it costs to have Lexus fo it. Robert was very helpful in providing a loaner and dealing with my concern about an over sensitive alignment screen.
The entire service experience with Scott was great. I really appreciate the thorough care he provides. His great customer service and knowledge is comforting and I trust his recommendations for my vehicle. Thank you. I’m thoroughly satisfied and will recommend Lexus Akron Canton because of Scott.

Nik and the team at Lexus Akron Canton are the best of the best. I came in for an unscheduled check on low tire pressure and within an hour I had a new tire mounted and I was driving away. I like my vehicle; however, I have experienced a surge in excelleration on two different occasions which makes me slightly uncomfortable. Scott, the sales associate explained yo me that this is a common phenomenon. I’m just not sure that I am comfortable driving it like this.
