My battery was dead.
I had no air-conditioning.
Noone would look at my car.
My husband came home and fixed it.
Being with Lexus since 2003, I see service people come and go, and the quality of work wax and wane. I'm guessing good help is hard to find this year. Scott and Nick are nice people.
I just need the service people to do a little bit better.

When I took my car in because of my air conditioner was blowing hot air, they told me the refrigerant was empty. They filled it and put dye in it to detect where the leak was. In the meantime I paid $211 for diagnostic charges but said if they find a leak I would be refunded my money because it will be covered by my warranty. I live 1 hour away from the dealership so when my air conditioning stopped working in 2 days I was not happy. So now I’m being asked if I will take service credit because they are not set up to refund my money. My air is working so far and still no refund.
The service at Lexus is the best. As a woman I never feel like I am being talked down to or having something done I do not need. Thank you for that. I wish I knew the name of the man who always greets me when I pull my car in. Stellar customer service! He could teach it! The best.
