Overall a good experience. However, I noticed after I departed that the armrest of the vehicle was badly smudged with what looked like a black powder. I was able to carefully clean it up and didn't result in any permanent stain. Also, the service included new batteries for the key fobs. As I only brought one fob I was informed that an extra battery would be provided but it was not. Overall I give High marks to the dealership as I purchased my first Lexus there in 2009. I attribute the issues to the improvements being made to the structure. All associates were extremely helpful and courteous. I'd highly recommend the dealership to my friends and colleagues.
Robert is a great guy that works at Lexus! The man that brought us our car to us when we stopped to pick ours up is a wonderful man. I don’t know his name but he goes out of his way to help anyone. Keep up the good job! Thank you Robert you did a great job. Thank you for helping us!
